For patients needing to contact a physician after hours, please call the office where you are usually seen. You will be connected to an after hours answering service which will direct you to the on call physician. How your after hours call may be handled.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, do not call the answering service. In this case you should go directly to the nearest Emergency Room or dial 911.
During regular business hours the management, front desk staff, nurses, medical assistants and billing departments are all available for any questions or concerns that you might have. For most medical related questions, your call will be transferred to a nurse. If a nurse cannot answer your question or assist you in the way that you need, your physician or an Advanced Practice Provider will be forwarded the message. Please remember, providers are seeing patients throughout the day and will contact you as soon as time permits. You may also call our offices to request prescription refills, appointment scheduling/rescheduling or other related needs. If you are interested in the results of your test, you can register at “CareSpace” which provides you secure online access to your test result information. You can reach the CareSpace portal by clicking on the link or visiting our home page.
